There are some tribes where sex outside of marriage is a major taboo, so young men are actively encouraged to have sex with their male friends, or with older men. Yet even in those societies the average number of gay men is still about 4%.

Probably a lot less then the number of straight parents gay kids. However, in a gay parent family the children probably feel more comfortable coming out with their sexuality.

You are full of crap. Only way that could happen with those numbers is if both parents were gay, meaning the man and the woman were gay and got together for the sole purpose of having a child.
The percentage of Gay people has been approximated to be 10% so I don't know where you got those crazy numbers.
