How can i go back to Russia and meet my real birth parents?

I got adoppted when i was 5 years old from Russia. I am now 12 and i want to go and see my real birth parents.How can i go back to Russia and meet my real birth parents?
I guess first you would have to ask your adopted parents if you can try to find them





because at this age you would not be able to go by yourself


your adopted parents might have some information about your biological family





they might want want you to wait to find them till your older though





its not an easier process to find biological family so dont expect to find them easily
