What happens if a child never gets attention from his or her parents?

I mean the only thing they get is money. Some parents tend to replace their love with money.What happens if a child never gets attention from his or her parents?
They tend to grow up without basic social skills as the first place those are developed is childhood from family. They also may have a lack of trust or understanding of love and an over emphasis on the importance of money.What happens if a child never gets attention from his or her parents?
Well obviously the child will look to someone else for attention and the child's character and behaviour would be influenced by that someone else..
In such a case, the child gets removed from the uncaring breeders and placed in a loving home where h/ she will be treated as a precious human being instead of an accessory or a meal ticket.
They grow up to be spoiled brats.
