My friend is having a birthday party in Vegas starting friday after we get out to sunday but my parents do really like her because we used to get into a lot of trouble together, four years ago.How do I convince my parents to let me go with my friends on a trip to Vegas?

Well in my experience you can convince them of how she/he changed into a good person. Tell you're parents the good things that would happen instead of like we might get lost and run out of gas or something.
