I agree that they should give the younger children back, and that all of the children were not in danger of abuse. But what are they going to do about the teen girls who were in danger of abuse?What will happen to the teen girls that were removed from their parents and the polygamist sect in Texas?
Unfortunately the TX Supreme Court has decided they don't matter,as it has ordered them returned. Guess it's time for them to go back to forced marriages to old geezers and having 5 children by 20. Kind of sad really,but at least the authorities tried I guess.

The action of the TX Supreme court returns everyone to their former life. If they are unhappy then at least they have had contact with the authorities and can petition for redress.
What ever became of the teen that originally alerted the law? I don't think the authorities ever found her.
Fore one.. you say the children were not in danger becasue they were not teens yet.. Well they will be so therefore in my book, they are in danger. and as for the teen girls.. they will probaly be married to some perv..
Every one of those girls will be raped by the time she's 14 or so, if they're returned to the cult.
