What is a good restaurant in Silicon Valley I should take my parents to for their 30th anniversary?

It's my parents anniversary on 12/23/07. Where should I take them? I want to go to a fancy restaurant within the cities of Fremont - Sunnyvale. I do have a budget, I would like a restaurant that is $20 a plate at most. What is a good restaurant in Silicon Valley I should take my parents to for their 30th anniversary?

check out chowhound.com. it is a website that is dedicated to finding out great places to eat. hope this helps.
Fremont:

Ho Chow on Warm Springs is a nice Chinese place.

Prices are reasonable and the food is really good.

Dish Dash in Sunnyvale in Town and Country Center is a nice Mediterranean restaurant.
Try yelp.com for lots of reviews. In Sunnyvale area - Cafe Torre on Stevens Creek always gets good reviews. It's Italian.

They might like Tarragon on Murphy St. Fri and Sat they have music. It's bistro/grill food (steak chops fish). I love Buy the Bucket on Stevens Creek - always great food, but maybe a few dollars over your budget.
try the cheese cake factory it pretty good and the prices are in that range, its right off stevens creek blvd in the shopping mall parking lot
