How old do you have to be to move out of your parents house in Texas?

I want to move out of my house because truthfully I belive it's in my best intrest. I want to know how old I have to be to move out with out parental permission and without having to be emancipated. Please dont give me answers for other states or ';I dont knows'; no matter how well intentioned. How old do you have to be to move out of your parents house in Texas?
Well the only way you can move out withought being emancipated through a court is either if your parent gives you permission to live with someone else, or if you are 18....since that is the legal age.How old do you have to be to move out of your parents house in Texas?
18, or under permission of your parents, or by being legally emancipated through the courts. What is so bad that you need to move out? The courts will want to know this information. Are you being abused mentally and/or physically? If you are being well taken care of, a court will almost definitely deny your request, and therefore until you are 18, you will be under your parent's rule. I moved out of my parent's house at 17, but I was only 2 weeks away from my birthday, so it didn't matter. Unfortunately, 18 is the magic number. I don't know how old you are, but sometimes we think what would be better outside their house, really isn't so great, and we don't realize it until its too late. Please seriously think about what you are doing.
